Ahmed Mekkawy, CEO, was a keynote speaker in the Mozilla Egypt conference “Mozilla Power ‘13” hosted by The British University in Egypt during 20-21 December 2013. According to the organizers, Mozilla Power is “… a conference that would gather the people who can share the mission of mozilla, promoting openness, innovation and opportunity on the Web.”

Mekkawy gave a presentation about the need for Free and Open Source (FOSS) in the ecosystem in Egypt and the opportunities that FOSS presents for the future.
