On September 20, 2014, the Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) community in Egypt has celebrated the Software Freedom Day. The event took place in Mushtarak, where different FOSS advocates discussed topics related to technologies and strategies.
Spirula Systems participated with a small talk, where Ahmed Mekkawy, CEO, explained the history of FOSS community in Egypt.
